TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This promotion is valid from 1st February 2012 - 30th April 2012.
2. This promotion is open to participants aged 18 years or over and excludes employees of Build Center (or any other company within the Saint-Gobain group of companies) and their families along with their agents or anyone else connected to this promotion.
3. This promotion is valid on purchases from the Build Center, Timber Center, Ironmongery Center and Landscape Center brands of Jewson Limited at participating branches only (a “Participating Branch”). A full list of Participating Branches is available on www.mybuildcenter.co.uk or by email request to: marketing@buildcenter.co.uk. The list of Participating Branches may be revised by the Promoter at any time.
4. This promotion is only available to selected Build Center account holders who have received notification from the Promoter that they are eligible to register for this promotion. You must register for this promotion before the closing date for registration which is 23 December 2011. Registrations can be made by post using a registration card (available in Participating Branches) or online at www.mybuildcenter.co.uk.
5. Eligible participants will receive information from the Promoter detailing their targets and rewards redeemable against those targets. Participants can check their accounts and monitor progress towards reaching their targets by visiting www.mybuildcenter.co.uk.
6. Returned goods or items to be credited will not be included in this promotion.
7. Rewards will be based on such targets being reached and exceeded and will be awarded in accordance with the sales data held by the Promoter (sales amount excluding VAT). The Promoter’s decision is final.
8. You can choose whether your reward is in the form of Build Center vouchers or Love2Shop vouchers. If you want to receive Love2Shop vouchers, please notify us before 16th January 2011 otherwise you will receive Build Center vouchers. Build Center vouchers can be used to purchase goods in Participating Branches only or to pay towards any Build Center, Timber Center, Ironmongery Center and Landscape Center purchases through your customer account with Wolseley UK Limited. No cash alternative is available.
9. Build Center reserves the right to change the reward for a reward of the same value at any time without prior notice.
10. All vouchers are inclusive of VAT.
11. Build Center vouchers are valid until the end of the quarter following the quarter for which they were issued.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to change the promotional time period where circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter make this necessary. Details of any such changes will be displayed in participating branches and on the website www.mybuildcenter.co.uk .
13. Only one reward per account.
14. All participants are reminded that they retain responsibility for any tax liability arising from participation in this promotion.
15. Please allow 60 days after the promotion expires for settlement of rewards.
16. Rewards will be paid on purchases in Build Center to registered accounts only. Additional rewards are subject to achieving the stated targets or purchases of the stated products. All rewards will be added together and issued as one reward at the end of the quarter. Rewards will only be issued where the value of the reward is £5 and above and, where lower, cannot be carried over to any other promotion.
17. Maximum reward value for this promotion is £5000 per eligible Build Center account.
18. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion except the Luxury Hamper promotion that is running between 1st February 2012 – 30th April 2012.
19. Your account must be paid up to date at the time of the final date of this promotion in order for you to be eligible to receive the reward.
20. By signing up to this promotion you consent to your details being used by the Promoter to send you details of special offers and other useful information.
21. English law applies to this promotion and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts shall prevail.
